I don't know how she knows she's attending ASU because they just started taking applications for next fall's freshman class a couple of days ago.
If she's not already enrolled for this semester, I don't see the harm in saying she "plans to attend" regardless of whether she's already been accepted or not.

She is a freshman at ASU this year. She was actually featured on ESPN's "College Gameday" showing everyone where App. State was on a map after their victory over Michigan.

I have to say, despite all the crap she got post pageant, she's handled herself pretty well.

Very true. Out of all the contestants, she's the only one people remember and the only one making the rounds on shows so she'll be raking in the $$$ for her brain fart.
