Is Miss Teen Connecticut a DPhiE?

I was reading her interview page and she went to Rider University and charities supported include ANAD and Cycstic Fibrosis which makes me believe she might be a DPhiE? Anyone know? Her name is Sheila Wiatr

She is Miss Connecticut USA, not Miss Teen Connecticut, and yes, she is a D Phi E from Delta Sigma Chapter at Rider.

sorry to crash the board but yea shes a deeph from rider..i go to rider and the dphie girls at rider were crazy about her reppin ct and them which is pretty cool. ps btw u girls are awesome girls and i have a twin in dphie.
