I would think if we got a transfer, she would become someone's little for chapter family purposes. Then she would kind of have 2 bigs - one at her old chapter and one at the new chapter - but I look at it as kind of like having a mom & stepmom.
Oh, and she would be able to take a little just like anyone else.
Then again if bigs/littles are incorporated into your ritual at all it might be different.
