I also fell out of a little red wagon onto the drive way and got a concussion at age 2 and a half. I leaned back too far and tumbled out. After that my grandpa attached an old seat back to the back of the wagon which from then on was the dork-wagon of the neighborhood.
I fell out of bed during the night and broke my left clavicle at age 4. While I was in the hospital my grandma took matters into her own hands and started sawing down the legs of my bed.
My sister broke a small bone in her foot after falling the wrong way on her foot during a pillow case race with the pillow still in it at a childhood sleepover. Yuck. And my other sister dislocated her elbow while we played 'airplane' with her at age 3. Major ouch.
