Hmmm...the most common names of Asian girls in my high school were:

Jennifer (common for people my age, anyway)--4 people
Karen--5 people
Amy--3 people

This was a class of 86 girls, close to half being Asian.

As for second generation: My cousin just had a baby. She came to Canada as a teen and her husband is CBC (Canadian Born Chinese). Their daughter's name is Caitlyn.
