The other little nugget of genius she did was after giving me adjustments in my neck (82% loss of mobility and I'm only 47) and low back, she had me ice both spots for 10 minutes before leaving. Again DUH, but in the I don't know how many times I've seen a chiropractor I've NEVER had this added to the treatment. What up with that?
