We have friends who have a Cadence. She is aka Cady. Meh... not my favorite name.
We absolutely loved the name Ayla/Isla. It sounded horrible with our last name though. Just didn't flow right. If my husband has his way, and we have a 4th who happens to be a boy, he will be Tristan.

Concepción is not that uncommon for those with a Spanish or Tagalog speaking background. Though many of those ladies I know have gone by Connie, Concha, or a middle or Saints name.
