I know that the recommendation form I have filled out has a DOB spot, as well as a year of graduation from HS. Maybe someone who's recently completed recruitment can speak to what the online app looks like?
Mistakes get made (I know an active whose GPA was mistakenly reported by Panhellenic -gah! with deleterious effects on her recruitment) and one would hope that for this PNM, entering college as a freshman in age but with advanced academic standing, there would be no harm to her recruitment opportunities.* Still, you never know.
*I've rewritten this sentence multiple times and it is still unwieldy. Darn.
