I think you have some sound predictions there Sydney... here are my thoughts.
Villains- if they are smart & go to tribal, they'll vote out Russell. I think he's at a HUGE advantage for knowing everybody else's game, personalities, etc while they know nothing of him. If they were really smart, they should've voted out Russell in the first vote because he was such an unknown but obviously categorized as a villain.
I'd love to see more air time from some of the villains. Courtney for one liners, even Tyson has his moments- and we still haven't figured out who Danielle is, so why don't they show us more of her so we can figure it out? All I know about her is she has ruffled bottoms.
I also like Rob this season, which is funny because he's normally set up so people don't like him. But he's pretty much the glue holding the tribe together, and often seems like the only one with a sound thought in his brain. Things like "let's build a shelter" and "here's how you do a puzzle"... you know, the basics. I think without him, the villains would have had many more problems and may have been more even with the heroes.
Heroes- I would love to see James go. I mean, seriously, why is he so drama-filled this season? I swear this is more than he's spoken in his entire life. I liked him in the past but he's just digging his own grave (ha!), word by word. If only they didn't have pre-determined alliances. Colby would be another option, since he's obviously on the outs and getting rid of him would also diffuse some of the tribe's tension. I think James causes more tension by just opening his mouth, though.
On the Heroes side... I'm rooting for Candace at this point. Even if she is a bit of an underdog.
