Yeah, at a huge school like Penn State, it's probably pretty hard if you're a freshman. Unless you're lucky enough to get an early orientation spot where you can sign up for a good schedule. With so many budget cuts and cut backs on class sections, the only open spots are sometimes the crappy (i.e., night) classes.
