Well I'm not in college yet, I do, however, mingle with the ladies and know what they like...Firstly I agree with Violet 100%, but if you're the only one who really talks to the ladies then that wont cut it. You've got to figure out a way to make the rest of the bruhs more confident. The whole point is, even if you guys aren't the Alpha males, you treat the ladies with respect not only just at parties and stuff, but everywhere on campus and establish a network it'll all follow, if its one thing I know, its that ladies talk! A LOT! So just treat them nice and be smooth about it, and always rep your letters at the Parties and stuff, and do stuff to make people notice your Frat, before you know it everyone will be coming to your parties and hanging out with you guys
