Considering how much we fans complained that XYZ was left out of the movie, I think they owe it to us to give us the ENTIRE Deathly Hallows book, as written. This way everyone is happy: the fans get the whole book, the studio gets huge returns. Either way, I'll be at the first showing of both movies.
