This sounds cheesy, but in this case you really have to just be yourself.

It's important not to be unnatural or fake.

FOR EXAMPLE:

If you all of a sudden start acting like "OMG _______ you're my best buddy, let's go to the mall, or Starbucks, or something!" she's probably just going to get weirded out (or know that you just want a COB invite).

Or if you start asking 3,787,669,344 questions about Derby Days or Derby Days COB, she is also going to know (and possibly get freaked out).

Just hang out like you normally would, say hi to her when you see her (if you normally would), and if she thinks you might be a good fit with Derby Days, she'll invite you.
