The rules I mentioned may be silly, but I guarantee that my drinking, smoking sisters didn't break them because the chapter meant more to them than exercising their rights to do what ever they wanted when they wanted. The real issue is making sure sisters follow the big rules. No....smoking in public does not make you a bad sister. My point was that people who continually break the rules (because the ones who are on the verge of being kicked out usually are this type) don't make good sisters.

If imagine were as important here as it is to you and if all five of our chapters were so uptight there wouldn't be ANY greeks here...
Your method doesn't work everywhere. In fact at my campus, for instance, it would be COMPLETELY detrimental to be so uptight and nitpicky.
