I still like the idea of boycotting those types of places
they aren't BBB, they aren't a team like a restaurant should be (i worked at all three, indepedent/local, a franchise, and corporate owned), you never know who will be there, like the locals will have one or two, sometimes up to 5 bartenders, if they are really busy, but not more than that, and they stay there forever. At chain: new "special mixologist" [most chain mixers aren't state certified as bartenders] all the time, I mean, all the time.
Just not worth it, in my opinion, to go in those places.
