They are also allowing PNMs to register for recruitment up until the evening before Philanthropy Day. If they do register late they will have to meet all of the organizations on Philanthropy Day. The two days is to give them plenty of time to visit all houses before Pref. Since they will be allowed to come and go to houses as they please, this gives them the time so that should they stay at one house for 2 hours, they still have time to make all of their rounds to all the other houses.
