Kappa Delta might not allow new students as grad students but she was a member all 4 years and the president so she was never inactive. I have no reason to make this up and I could careless what you believe because it doesn't change her facebook pics in the pledge class or knowing her little personally that is now her big. If most of you are alumna or not at this school you don't know what they might allow.
No, Knight Shadow doesn't know about sorority life as he is a GUY and not part of the IFC. If he was IFC he might have known a Kappa Delta but the Multicultural or whatever a Hispanic fraternity is doesn't know what a Panhellenic or IFC organization does.

First off, it's NIC, not IFC you stupid bitch. Second, ODPHI is a member of the NIC. Third and most important, look what a member of Kappa Delta stated before. And no it doesn't state that NMs can not be grad students. It states that grad student can not be in a chapter at all.
