What Do You Do To Vent Anger?
I yell. And scream.
Then I throw things, slam doors, kick cupboards.
5 minutes later, I calm down and am pretty much back to normal.

I beat up homeless people and steal their cans and bottles. Later I get baked out of my mind and go ghost ride the whip.

See what this stirs up form crapy posters with crapy signatures! 
Makes me giggle with spasms of their ineptitued and smarminess and being snake alert folks.

I write a lot of emails to people who never read them. Usually, if I'm really pissed, its about something MSNBC did.
Also, I have a problem with non-living inanimate objects that don't do what I want them to. For example, if I stub a toe on a table, that table might get a serious ass kicking from me and a scolding about my superiority as a human. On another note, I need some sort of help.

I used to tear things up. Went through a few laptops that way but now that I work for myself tearing up a computer I have to pay for is kind of a dumb thing to do.
These days I just isolate myself and do something mindless and rote to take my mind off it until I calm down- solitaire, wash dishes, whatever.
Then again, I don't get upset nearly as often as I used to. Maybe turning 30 mellows you out or something.

I ghostride the whip when I get pissed as well. The problem is, the wheel will get turned and my car will crash into a telephone pole and then I get even more pissed.
Seriously, I just leave the room, or step outside for fresh air, think serenity now, and then go back to what it was that I was doing.

Depends. Sometimes I paint angry paintings. Sometimes I clean the bathroom very viciously. Sometimes I throw things at trees to watch them break and/or explode (not the trees, the stuff I throw).
