Incontrhollable and lovely, thank you.... I may try either of those tonight if I feel the same way.
Last night, I could even SLEEP until I had a handful of raisinettes. I felt like a real crackhead.

When you are hungry eat some chicken or tuna. In fact, if you are a night feeder, plan to eat chicken or tuna at night as a meal slot.

WW
Hello everyone! I was in a size 18 several years ago. I went on a "diet" and lost 40lbs. I then hit the infamous plateau. I joined WW and lost another 40lbs. I am now in a size 6. I don't call "diet", I call it a "lifestyle". Just wanted to wish everyone luck on losing weight. Something I found that helped me was giving myself a "treat" every now and then. I also work out to Leslie Sansone. She has great power walk DVDs. I was never one for all the bouncing, bouncing (too much was bouncing ). She does a full workout (works out the whole body) and has a variety of DVDs. I do them here at the house. Good luck to all!! Let me know if I can be of any help!!!

I've dropped off the whole diet y'all. I've been losing a lb a week and my measurements are still going down but I've been bingeing on sweets for the past two weeks. I think I'm going to have to do WW, I need face to face accountability with it. Reading this thread has reminded me of that.

Just wanted to say that I've been consistently working out for the past five weeks. I've seen a difference in my stomach and a few inches in my thighs (my problem area).

I started Fat Smash this past Monday and I'm so proud of myself that I haven't ripped out my hair because I've been feening for a cheeseburger.
But I have a question for those of you who are on it. Are the list of foods for Phase 1 suggested foods or are we supposed to eat that every day (oatmeal, yogurt...etc) ? I can't seem to find a direct answer on that.
I need a workout buddy!! I'm so impressed with the ladies on here preparing for marathons. I have to do a meditation session just to get up and go the bathroom. I haven't worked out since started FS. Five days a week!! Whhaaaaaat???
I want to join a gym or go walking or do WW again...or something! I need someone to keep that cattle prod in my back though...

Hey everyone,
hope you are all sticking to you various weight removal options. I've been doing well, still running about 3 miles at least 3 mornings a week, eating better..except for this week and the conference I'm at, but at least I've hit the gym every morning for at least 30 min on the eliptical (ms) and some free/machine weights.

Do you run inside or outside?
Kudos to everyone!
Peeped Dr. Ian's Fat Smash Diet---he lost me when he introduced the idea of having nothing but vegatables the first week. Vegetables...for an entire week.

LOL.... you should read "Extreme Fat Smash"..... that's the one I'm on, and there is a balance of vegetables, brown rice, beans, and meat. I wouldn't be able to last on a diet that didn't have meat. I was damn near dead after three days with no carbs! LOL

Three days with no carbs? I would have regressed to cavewoman stage by day two. LOL
My stomach would leap out of my body and slap the ish out of me if I went a whole week without meat. I'm weak, ya'll. Hmmm, "a balance of vegetable, brown rice, beans and meat"? I'm the queen of food rationalization, so in my mind a Chipotle burrito (has rice, black beans, vegetables and meat) would pretty much cover that. LOL
I remember when I could eat anything I wanted. Now...umm, no.

Good luck! I have had a hard time with weight now that I've been eating more homemade food...and I tend to cook soul food when I cook so there are plenty of beans, rice (or other starch) and meat and it is like death to what used to be somewhat of an hourglass. I always thought that the way to fatten a man up was to feed him beans and meat (and a little cornbread lol) but maybe not.
Good luck!

I run outside since the weather is so nice and I run early before it gets too hot.

I don't know what's going on (actually I do), but not only have I hit a plateau but I've GAINED SIX pounds making ONEderland even farther away.
I'm hoping I can get back in the swing of things and start next school year in ONEderland or at least right on the edge..that gives me 9 weeks..
