Questions about Theta Chi Cheers for Children

So, being that I was a cheerleader (I was a flyer) I was interested when I saw this fundraiser.

I think this is a great fundraiser though I was curious about:

safety issues i.e. what if someone falls etc.
how high can the girls stack
insurance
what standards (rules) are used for judging

Is there anyone here who has participated in this event?
