Little Brothers/Sisters
I couldn't find any threads on this topic, so I apologise if this is a repeat.
On t.witter, tumblr, facebook, etc., I have seen Alpha Gams, as well as members of other NPC sororities talking about having "Little Brothers" (wearing their letters, hanging out with them, whatnot) from different NIC fraternities. What exactly is a little brother for a sorority woman? Is it specific to certain campi/regions? What is the point of this? As far as I understand it, no NPC sorority has any NIC "partner" in this sense.
