Yelp-Do you use it and what are your thoughts?

For those of you not familiar with this site, it's a free review site where you can leave a review for just about any business, school, pizza joint, clubs, etc..

I like it for the most part except recently a friend of mine had her review removed by yelp because of another poster who left a bogus review and who had only posted 1 review, ever. My friend has posted reviews 800+ reviews.
Makes me wonder..

I use it some. I like it for the most part - wish more people in my area used it so it'd be more helpful.

I think it's great! I've used it a lot for stuff like car mechanics, sometimes restaurants, too.

I've looked at it for restaurants, but I've never provided any reviews of my own.
