GRADUATE CHAPTER APPLICATION

Big ups to all the Ques out there! I live in a remote area of Kansas and there's not an active graduate chapter around. I want to become an Omega man. Oh, by the way, I am in the military which sometimes is problematic geographically speaking. My question is do I fill out the application and send to headquarters in Georgia and let them guide me or just wait until I get back to civilization per se?

Please advise.
