Well, in all fairness, she wrote that song when she was probably 17 or 18 years old. Actually, she's admitted to using We The Kings' song "Check Yes Juliet" as inspiration for it. I also think it's very similar in theme to "She's in Love with the Boy" by Tricia Yearwood. I still love that song.
