It sounds more likely that she had a "relationship" with someone on that cell phone number and thats why they called her. (Voting, using that number as a contact when purchasing, etc. can all be "relationships")

Drole.....umm no...this isn't an urban legend...this happened. I talked to her today...she even checked to make sure that somehow someone else wasn't using her phone....so hey...if it is illegal...sounds like she may have a case on her hands....
