it is with deep sadness that I bring the news of the death of one of our sisters. Marci Holman was initiated a Zeta at the Eta Tau chapter at UNC Charlotte in the fall of 2004. She was an extremely beautiful and inspirational woman. May she rest in peace.

"young Little Italy woman plunged to her death from a ninth-floor deck at a downtown condominium high-rise near her home early today, authorities reported.
Marcella Holman, 21, fell over a railing at the building at Ash and Columbia streets around 3 a.m., according to police.
Holman, who worked as a cocktail waitress at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, died at the scene.
"I don't know if alcohol was involved," SDPD Sgt. Kerry Tom said. "I do know she was on the balcony with friends enjoying some sort of social gathering when she slipped and fell, apparently accidentally."'
