Establishing Greek Relations

What are some good ways to start building good relationships w/ orgs that already well established? My org and I are somewhat struggling in this department. Whereas we have gotten to know many of the fraternities on campus very well, it's been kinda hard getting to know the other sororities. Anyone have any suggestions?
