The Roots

Is anyone into The Roots? I went to one of their shows last night, and it was so great. They just put on an amazing show. At the end, they all did solos, except Black Thought because he lost his voice, and it was just awesome. For some stupid reason, I decided not to take my camera, and now I'm kicking myself for it. I just hope that their next tour isn't too far off into the future. I had the best time, and if you're a fan, you must see them live.
Hey..feel free to expand this into a general hip hop discussion, it doesn't have to be limited to The Roots.

I'm not a real big hip-hop fan, but I have to admit, I enjoyed seeing The Roots live when they came down here for a concert a few years ago. My cousin literally dragged me to go see them--and I've been listening to them ever since.

I was fortunate again to see them while I was in San Francisco about a year or two ago. It was so convenient that they were playing while I was in town!

The Roots....are excellent...I saw a few of their shows when they were first beginning to get a name for themselves, last year one of my friends opened for one of their shows in Madison, Wisconsin...it was pretty kewl..
