Hostess Gifts: Baby Shower

Hey GCers, I need a little help coming up with gifts for the hostesses of my baby shower. It's in two weeks and I don't really have any great ideas.

Mainly, I need gifts ideas for my mom and my sister, but I also need to get gifts for my step-mother in-law and the lady at whose club house we are having the shower.

Some additional information:
My mom works for a department store, so no perfumes, soaps, body lotions, candles, wine, etc for her or for my sister. My sister just had a baby four months ago, so she's already given my mother a lot of baby picture frames, "grandma" plaques/momentos, and an engraved necklace and bracelet. My sister got a couple of spa treatment from her husband for Christmas, so that is out, too. For my bridal shower, I gave my mom and sister edible fruit "flower" arrangements and gift cards to their favorite stores, so I'd like to avoid those things if possible.
