I need activity ideas!

We are just starting a fraternity an my college, and we need some good ideas for both initiation and after. we don't want to do any sort of hazing crap.

- Elect big brothers for pledges.
- Pin in for pledges.
- Form house traditions. For example...being shut out of beer pong you have to strip down naked or something. Haha
