Beginning Day

What is everyone doing for Beginning Day? We are eating at the Former/Present Pres's house and bringing a dish. Hope it won't be as hot as it's been(90-100 degrees!) This is my first Beginning Day, I so excited to see my sisters again! Last time I seen almost everyone was June 16th when I got married!

Most of the members of my chapter are attending the city council sponsored Beginning Day event.It's going to be at a neighborhood clubhouse with beverages and hors d'oeuvres served. There is always a split the pot, and door prize as well as favors at the city council events. Other than that I'm not sure how they will decorate for it

OLK's Beginning Day social was very nice. We viewed photos of the most amazing gardens. It was a real treat.

How was everyones Beginning Day?

Xi Iota Omega, Florissant Missouri's was fun! We had lots of great food, pictures of kids/grand kids, my summer wedding. We had a girl who went on LOA (leave of absence) decide to perminatly leave.

We had a PNM (potential new member) join us.

I handed out the yearbook, HOT off the press. ;-)

What everyone do?

Did everyone get the new edition of the Torch? My new project will be involving listing the chapters and council contacts on my website.
