I started a NASCAR thread earlier, but I'm a car nut so are there any Formula One fans on GC. I like Formula One too. Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso are awesome. I think Alonso's switch from Renault to Mercedes-Benz was a good move. If there aren't any F1 fans close this thread.
I used to go to what I consider the "real" US Grand Prix at Watkins Glen years ago.
Haven't followed the Formula One Circuit in years, though.

I love Watkins Glen. I also like the F1 cars from the 60s. Ferraris sounded so good back then. Back in the 60s and 70s Ferraris sounded like 10 different cars under one hood. The sound of a V-12 coming from a Ferrari or a Lamborghini get's me a little emotional.

Yeah, listening to those things tach up was pretty remarkable.
