I noticed something on Wikipedia about Quincy University in Illinois having a school sanctioned hazing activity in the form of a Kangaroo Court all the freshmen are put through...

LOL, did that in 1960 and Frosh wore beenies!

They the jocks picked a Jock Frosh to have his head shaved! They ended up shaving part of mine! All hell broke lose! They never did that after that!

If this is true, oh wow!

Yeah well I take interest in it because it's considered hazing AND THE SCHOOL SANCTIONS IT!

Then again....Whittier College has four male "societies" and five female "societies" and a co-ed "society" that haze the CRAP out of their pledges (I'd know, I was in one) and the administration and campus security look the other way because Society alumni are the main donors the school has. The hazing I saw there was much worse than any California hazing I know about (aside from the old Chico stuff)
