Oldest/Youngest Friend
How old is your oldest friend? How old is your youngest friend? Do you prefer friends to be older, younger, or around the same age as yourself? Advantages/disadvantages of having friends in a certain age category?
My oldest is 32. My youngest is 19. I some how tend to bond with people who are either a couple years younger (early 20s) or a couple years older (late 20s/early 30s) than myself. I tend to get the least out of friendships from people who are the same age...especially at this point in my life, but it's been that way for a long time.

oldest...? um i guess late 40's... always good for advice
youngest? like 18 i guess...
i used to be better friends with ppl that were older than me (i was an only child and grew up with adults)
but when i got into college, i had many more friends that were my age (or within a few years), i guess its been that way for the last 6 years or so....
advantages- they know what you are going through and can lean on for support
disadvantages- doesn't have the more life experience and might not give advice that is better fitting for the situation...
i'm 23 btw

My grandmother is my oldest friend and she's 95. My youngest little friend who I love dearly is my ~3 year old nephew.
I am late 30's...

I love this question
My oldest friend (not a relative, BTW) is 78.
I treat all adults as equals -- call them by their first names, etc. -- Most older friends appreciate being thought of as contemporaries.
My youngest is 27.

It's hard for me to say, because I go to one of those churches where everyone is an old friend the minute you walk in. Of the ones I hang out with on a regular basis, there's a couple of 15 year olds in the choir I'm in, and upper 40's in the moms group.
