This individual manages all aspects of the Leadership Consultant and Leadership Advisor programs. He or she also serves as a liaison to collegiate and alumnae members, chapters and clubs, advisors and volunteers regarding chapter operations, chapter visitors and membership information and follows Fraternity and departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistent service and satisfaction.
