I was just wondering if there was any groups out there that were interested in expansion with their local organization or have been successful with expanding their local.

We are looking to possibly expand our local sorority. There are three other schools in our area that may be a possibility. We definitely do not want to affiliate with a national group.
Of course we are looking to expand our local sorority, Chi Delta Pi, at The University of Toledo!! We just started about a month ago but are going to be in full swing by next fall's semester ) Send any interested friends our way if they're looking to join a fresh new sorority )

I am a member of Delta Gamma Pi MC Sorority , and we have been expanding like bunnies lately, just I guess from our website, and then posts on college message boards and stuff, and really just getting the word out http://www.homestead.com/deltagammapi/index.html

Our sorority cannot expand nationally yet because our university is not accepting any new national sororities or fraternities for another couple of years. We are just going to wait and see how everything is going at that point. I do have one main question though- being new and all, I am confused about going national. Does that mean that we would just become a new chapter of another ntl. sorority? Because if it is, I am not keen on that idea- it seems like we'd be throwing away everything the Chi Pis started and are just transforming into the new one.. Maybe I am way off though..?
