Members of several Dartmouth fraternities and sororities conducted an information session for freshmen women on how to "navigate" fraternities, and on what measures have been taken to make fraternity houses safer spaces for women, according to a short article in the September 22, 2006 online issue of

Sounds like a fairly good idea. Advice from fellow students might be more "believable" than lectures from administrators (or parents). The article, though, doesn't pass along any of the suggestions or recommendations that were given to the women who attended.
