I'd try other manufacturers, or even other names of the patterns. If you have a photo, email a copy to Replacements - they have many patterns of china named Floral Festival, just not by Mikasa! One is
Mitani Floral Festival, and the one piece they have listed seems to meet your description:

It's a beautiful pattern, if this is it! I recently heard something about Mikasa's history, and it didn't start out as an original manufacturer, it started as a clearing house of sorts. That's why I think trying other manufacturers may help you. Good luck!
