Recruitment process HELP

I am taking over as the VP of recruitment and I am trying to get everything going for fall rush.
We used a company last year called University Solutions for registration and to run the party schedules and make daily selections.
I tried to call them and they are no longer in business!!!

Does anyone out there have any suggestions on what to do?

Thank you for any help.

Many campuses use ICS Recruiter.

Use the Search, play nice, and don't make me come in there.

Have you tried checking out the University Solutions website for another way to contact them, like an email address or alternate phone number?

What about contacting the Greek Life advisor on your campus or your sorority Headquarters for alternatives? You could also ask the other chapters on your campus to see how they are scheduling parties, etc during Recruitment. Perhaps they are using another company that they could refer you to.

Hope this helps!

I should elaborate, sry.
Yes, I actually called them and they told me they were shutting down services and no longer doing recruitment for greeks.
That is why I panicked, it puts us in a situation where I thought we could just start up registration on the 1st of June like I had intended.
Also our Advisor is the one who gave me their info and told me to renew with them. She is out of town but I will check with her when she gets back, good idea!
As for the other chapters, I am VP recruitment for Panhellenic, all the chapters used this system for rush, so we are all in a situation right now.
Good thought on contacting my nationals, I will try them, see if they have any thoughts, but I think this might be more of an NPC nationals question.
Thanks for the help!

Allison

We have used ICS for 3 years.
Never had a problem with them.
They are verry nice and helpfull, give them a call.

www.icsmg.com

I think they have over 200 universities using them, so you should find someone else in here that has a good word.

A Great thank you for your help.
Recruitment was a great success.

We got our ICS system up and running in 1 day and it was easy to learn.

I would highly suggest anyone who got rooked by the other company, look into www.icsmg.com. They were very helpfull.
