IF this is true, then I am proud of HER and give the gas face to the other ladies. Judge Mabelean made a stand for the same reason and I am glad she did. IF Tracy made the statement about keeping her job, she really has low self-esteem (LSE as one of my famous sorors says) and needs to get a grip because there are other jobs, other shows, other opportunities. One job should not make a person esp when they have to sell their soul to keep it.

She must not be confident in her skills as an actress to seek out other opportunities.

The statements attributed to Tracee Ellis Ross about keeping her job seem so questionable to me. She was a model, worked for a women's magazine, went to Brown University and she's worried about keeping some sitcom job?

I mean it's possible...I guess.
