I found this photographer's site and he did a really cool set of photos called "100 X 100" which shows residents of Hong Kong's oldest public housing estate in their apartments. There are a hundred different pictures and each apartment is only 100 square feet.
I cant imagine living in only 100 sq ft. I couldnt fit my bed in it. Some of those people have some bad water damage in their ceilings and some of them have nothing, I cant imagine living with nothing really.
The one guy had his room in all black... Interesting pictures.
My dad lived in housing like that growing up. I think it was a little bigger than 100 sq ft, since it was an entire family. He told me that several families would share a kitchen and a bathroom.
