Assistant Director of Chapter Services
The Assistant Director of Chapter Services manages all aspects of the Leadership Consultant and Leadership Advisor programs. This individual also serves as a liaison to collegiate and alumnae members, chapters and clubs, advisors and volunteers regarding chapter operations, chapter visitors and membership information and follows Fraternity and departmental policies and procedures to ensure consistent service and satisfaction. Recruitment & Recognition Specialist
The Recruitment & Recognition Specialist coordinates various aspects of recruitment, including analyzing current trends and updating resources, assists with Fraternity extension/colonization efforts and oversees the Fraternity award programs. (See IHQ for complete job description.)
