The Undergraduate Inter-Fraternity Institute, which is run by the NIC (North American Interfraternity Conference). There are about 10 sessions each summer with approximately 70 undergraduates (male and female...NIC, NPC, NPHC and MCGLO) per session. The Institute consists of a mix of large group sessions about leadership and fraternal values lead by various "executive greeks" (my session coordinators were an NIC VP and the director of Greek Life at Nebraska-Kearney,) small group sessions (chapters) which are facilitated by education/leadership/traveling consultants of a number of different orgs as well as other Greek life directors at various schools and a several other activities that combine the lessons and friendship of the week. The community service project I took part in was really awesome.
Most of the sessions are held in Bloomington IN on the campus of IU and you stay in one of the sorority chapter houses. I believe that at least one session is held somewhere closer to the east coast (Maryland?) and another at UCLA for the west coasters.
All in all a very awesome way to meet some great Greeks from across the country.
