I need a copy of the FIPG Manual. It's not on the site now because it's being updated. An older copy is just fine with me, this is for reference and for a standards program. If any of you have a copy please PM me.

i dont know if this is what you're looking for because its not a manual, but a 4ish page photocopy of the national policies and procedures of zeta tau alpha - standards of conduct

No, I have that already. This is the full manual. I only recently learned it existed and by then the link on the FIPG site had changed to "being updated." Thanks, though!
