My babies are in Wisconsin!

Okay, some will read this and think I'm even more crazy than previous thought and others will shake their heads and laugh!

Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition
February 4 - April 30, 2006

RMS Titanic, Inc

FEATURING 100 ARTIFACTS, SOME NEVER SEEN BEFORE

For over nine decades, these treasures lay hidden 2.5 miles beneath the North Atlantic Ocean. Painstakingly recovered from the debris field surrounding the wreck and artfully-conserved, these three-dimensional objects, more than words and images, represent the vessel and the 2,228 souls who journeyed with her into history.

(Oshkosh is only about 1.5 hours at most from my house!)

If you really like the Titanic stuff ... visit Halifax, NS! The "recovered non-alive" passengers are buried there.

Cheers!

Time definitely flies - whether you are having fun or not! LOL

I'm probably meeting a friend at the museum on Saturday to see it (and heading over another time with mom, possibly aunts, etc). Told Jamie that I would give a 'behind the scenes' type tour - well actually more along the lines of stories about the ship, people, and working on it! Should be a fun day!

Sarah

P.S. Morag, Halifax is DEFINITELY a lot farther away than Oshkosh. But, I would not mind going to see the memorials, etc someday.

But, Sarah, Halifax has lobsters that are so large you'd think you had died and gone to Heeaven ....
