Apple Beer

My husband was a huge fan of Apple Beer back in the day and found a place in CA where you can get it for $1.75 a bottle plus shipping. What a ripoff! Does anyone know where you can get it cheaper, especially in metro Atlanta?

I know that Woodchuck has a Granny Smith Apple beer, you can probably get 6 of them for $6 or $7 at your local liquor & beer store.

I'll have to check out that Apple Beer! About 6-7 years ago, a microbrewery from Washington State sent some Apple Honey Ale to a convention I was at, and it was seriously wonderful!! The only problem was that it ONLY came in 48 ounce bottles!!

I don't think that Apple Beer is alcoholic, it's like a cross between applejuice and ginger ale and it forms a foamy head like beer does.

The Apple Honey Ale was semi-lethal!!! The best part was that I could honestly say that I only had two...

Yeah, sorry about that. I thought you just meant to find an apple beer, not the brand Apple Beer (I've never heard of it.)

Skoal and beer are two things that I don't believe should taste like a Jolly Rancher.
