Does anyone know the name of this book?

I was assigned to read "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser for my nutrition class, but the professor wants me to compare it to some other book she was talking about that presents the opposite view. Does anyone know what this book might be called? I've done searches for it on Google and Amazon, but I can't find it. I'm going to e-mail the professor but it always takes her forever to respond, so in the meantime, does anybody have any ideas?

PS. This isn't due anytime soon; I just thought I'd go ahead and look for it!

I'm currently reading Fast Food Nation just for the heck of it. It certainly is an eyeopening book.

The only book I've ever heard anyone speak about in relation to Fast Food Nation is Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle" about the meat packing industry.

Ooooh, what do you think of it? The author makes some really good points. And I didn't like beef much to begin with, but I like it even less now...ugh.
