Cute sorority fabric at Hancockfabrics.com

Also, I tried to do the search to see if there was something about this already and I couldn't find anything.

I was truly excited, but I think they have a color problem...

To my knowledge, ADPi's colors are the only one messed up!

I know what you mean - I'm tempted to buy some anyways, but I'll have to think about it a little while and see.

It looks like the Gamma Phi ones are messed up as well. As I recall their colors are not blue and gold, but mode and brown.

Yes, our formal colors are mode and brown, but I think our informal colors may be blue and gold. Someone who has been a member longer than I have will have to help me out here.

When I inquired about the blue and gold colors, I was told that those are our "extension" colors. Which if you look at any materials that are given to groups doing alumnae extension (napkins, name tags, etc) they are all blue and gold. I have not particpated in a collegiate extension so I am not sure if they are used there.

Personally, our colors are brown and mode for a reason and we should stick to those and be proud of them.

I can't figure out why they put ADPi's on a tanish background. I think a white background would have looked better or a blue background with white letters.

No wonder these are on sale.

Thanks! And I do agree that we should stick to Brown and Mode!

yes I thought the ADP one looked strange. I might but a yard of the AOII to make a pillow for my future AOII room I'm going to have one day.

LOL - I've always wanted to turn my (terribly untidy & not really fixed up at all) computer room into a red & white guest room! I even have the quilt hanging ready!

ps - I love your Life Long number, too!

That's pretty interesting - on my collegiate campus, the Gamma Phi Beta's used purple during recruitment (for our first day of recruitment we had the Panhellenic spirit shirts, and each chapter's writing on the front - or color of the shirt - was different based on their organization's colors).

I wonder if they used purple since we already had two "blue" organizations?
