Blue and White weekend in Pittsburgh
Hope to see you all there here is some info:
Hello Everyone! I hope you guys are having an enjoyable and restful summer!
I am writing to you to inform you about the 2nd Annual Blue and White
Weekend taking place on August 19-21, 2005. Below are the details of the
weekend and what's happening. Please be aware that we need VOLUNTEERS
again for the weekend and I need persons to get back to me.
A follow-up e-mail will be sent out in reference to the COOKOUT and the
items that person's wish to contribute. However, you generally know what
is required at a COOKOUT so if you so desire to send me an e-mail with
what your planning to bring you can do that as well.
Once again this year Sorors, Phi Beta Sigma is fronting the money for the
events and the DJ, therefore, all we are responsible for is Volunteers for
decorating and being at the events for set-up. Please let me know what
you wish to do.

to show Pittsburgh that we are here.
Also if anyone can come out to the meetings that are held every Wednesday @
