Post Backstabbers

Hi sorhors!

I have a question. What would you do if you had a friend (so called) that you took into your home fed her and treated her like she was your own family and come to find out the woman is sleeping with you baby's daddy in addition to some more trifling stuff that you didn't even know about? How would you treat this individual after the fact and when someone askes what type of individual she is what do you tell them. Also the individual goes around talking trash about you, the one who fed her and placed a roof over her head. I know of an individual who this has happened to and it seems like every time she tries to help people out they always dog her out and treat her unkindly.

Red face

I would give her a personal "a-- whipping".

But the flip side of this (as I am learning to do) is to remember "BLESSED ARE THE PEACEMAKERS" and keep getting up.

I once knew a person that I called a friend and those who know me know that I don't use that word loosely. I shared things with her and she did the same with me. I kept secrets for her and I also helped her out on many a gray day. She played me and told some of my business to people I wasn't really close to because she wanted to seem like the one who had everthing together when in reality it was the other way around. I left this trife-female in the dust, I told her exactly what was on my mind, and I told her that she messed up big time because I am not the type of person you would want to make enemies with. To make a long story short, leave the losers alone. It may make you angry to find out that you cared for a loser but be happy that you found out no matter how long it took. Losers in life will continue to be losers and they will try and make losers out of you, don't let anyone steal your sunshine.

Lightbulb Personally....

I've never been in a situation like this, but I have dealt with some trifling people. The people who I know that have acted in this fashion, I decided not to deal with ever again and left it at that. I think that giving someone an @$$ whoopin is a waste of time and it can get you into a whole lot more trouble than you bargained for. Everyone has a "friendship garden." It must be tended to as if it were an actual garden with flowers and weeds. And I'm sure you know what you do with the weeds....
